Usage Instructions:

Ayurveda works best when it is a normal part of your dinacharya or daily routine. This is why the process is designed to be simple – warm and apply
the oils 3x weekly, massage your scalp for 2-3 minutes, leave it for a muhurta (about 45 minutes) & wash it off.

Gently warm 5-10 ml of Scalp Prep Oil and apply little by little onto the scalp. Massage the scalp well with your fingers (or a wooden Neem comb) for about 2-3 minutes. Feel free to spread the oil over your hair.

Carry on with regular daily chores. Avoid strenuous exercise that leads to excessive sweating.

it is good but my hair is still dry and frizzy.

Hello Keval - thanks for the feedback. A few points that can help clarify.... Dry scalp and hair after using a mild natural shampoo is indicative of a dry scalp nature and an unbalanced scalp. Unfortunately there is nothing a shampoo can do to fix that - this requires rebalancing the scalp and making the hair healthier from the roots... This is what Two Oils can help with consistent use... Also the Gentle Natural Shampoo does not have any fillers or synthetic ingredients that artificially coat your hair to help with dryness - most types of 'mousturizing shampoos' do not actually cure the dryness, they just mask it. Finally, for dry scalp and hair, try the Elixir to help reduce it after shampoos, and use it overnight to supplement your natural scalp oils.... Hope this helps!!

On the hair fall - this is due to your scalp becoming balanced and weak hairs falling.. These weak hairs would have fallen off anyways - but now that you see baby hair sprouting, the balance and nourishment from the oils will make the new hair stronger and healthier...
